Inviting quotations for purchases and negotiating the best deal for the company 2.Ensure timely delivery of materials 3.Check inventory levels before initiating for purchase order 4. Search for alternate suppliers for better quality, service, price and delivery 5. Ensure timely suppliers payment and avail best cash discount & credit period based available finances 6. Co-ordination with stores people for material requirement & delivery schedule 7. Negotiate contract terms with key suppliers, logistic partner & service providers to ensure value for money, quality standards and delivery terms 8. Co-ordinate with costing department for costing targets and negotiate with suppliers to meet the costing targets 9.Input and hold responsibility for Purchasing and cost estimating budgets 10.Inventory Control & reconciliation Required Skills 1.Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage, negotiate and manage key stakeholders and suppliers 2.Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills 3. Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities 4. Commercially and financially acute with experience of managing budgets 5.Ability to Work With a Variety of People 6 Computer literate Qualification ICWA 3-5 years experienced Cost Accountant having experience of procurement & costing,
