Job Description

What you ll be doing

  • Hiring, training and on-boarding CRM analysts
  • CRM deep dives to identify potential hot leads, studying patterns and trends and writing rules for lead identification
  • Escalating Product changes needed
  • Analysing feasibility of new CRMs and On-boarding analysts on new CRMs
  • Communicating with Customer Success team
  • Tracking and ensuring proper functioning of the CRM process SLAs
  • Working with product and data team for creating systems for automating Prioritisation done by analysts
  • Managing CRM team including performance tracking, appraisals 11s

What should you have

  • 4-6 years of business operations, BPO or other customer-service focused industry experience, with 2 years of managerial experience
  • Must have experience of handling foreign (preferably US based) clientele
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills - strong working experience of Microsoft Excel
  • Proficient critical thinking, problem solving, decision making and leadership capabilities
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and planning
  • Engineering or consulting background is a plus
