Using their knowledge of products or services as well as great customer service skills, these professionals address issues, provide support and offer information, as needed, to keep customers satisfied.Specialists require in-depth knowledge of the products or services being rendered, great communication skills and customer handling skills. The ability understand customer requirement is also essential. Demonstrated success in customer service is required.Duties and Responsibilities
    • Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
    • Determines requirements by working with customers.
    • Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
    • Fulfils requests by clarifying desired information, ensuring highest standards at all times.
    Education RequirementsGraduates/Under Graduates (Result Awaited / Final Year)Experience RequirementsFreshers or Experience of 6 months in any BPO, chat/email preferred but not mandatory.Skills and Abilities
    • Good written Communication and Typing Proficiency.
    • Ability to speak and understand English and Hindi. Ability to write, read and speak English to suit business need.
    • Basic Telephone Etiquettes.
    • Decision Making, numerical ability & logical reasoning.
    • Customer Focus and Being Attentive.
