Job Description

    Applications invited for the domestic process of a renowned International BPO
    • Job Title:Customer Care Representative
    • No of Vacancies: 50
    • City:Noida, Uttar Pradesh
    • Description :Excellent Communication skills
    • 5 day working / Work from office
    • Candidates dealing with premium customer in travel industry will also be preferred.
    The CCE would be responsible for handling premium customers, hence, experience in an International BPO would be required.Experience - minimum 1 year of Int. BPO voice experience
    • Should have computer and Internet knowledge and Cust service experience
    • Experience in B2C
    • Good with handling customer queries
    • Shifts - Day Shift - upto 11 pm
    • Transport - One way transport (provided for shift ending after 8 pm)
    • No freshers / Only Exp candidates need to apply - Min. 1 yr. exp.
    • Any Graduate can apply
    • Any undergraduate, pursuing distance education can apply. No regular courses will be considered.
    • Salary based on Experience- 1 year exp - upto 2.88 LPA (Fixed)+ PF & ESI
    • 18-24 Mths Exp. - upto 3.12 LPA (Fixed) + PF& ESI
    • 5 Day working / Work from Office
