Job Description

Hi,We are conducting mega drive for the Customer service onThursday(20-06-19)in Noida Sector 16 office.In hand salary range13.4k to 18.5kdepending upon the experience and documents provided by the candidate.Fresher: 13.4 K in hand.Job Description- Customer ServiceThe Incumbent will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer queries related to health insurance claims, policy etc. through calls.
  • Providing resolution to customers complaints & grievances
  • Maintaining the AHT for the process
  • No target.
Candidate should have the following:1. Basic knowledge of Health Insurance2. Should have good communication skills- Both English and Hindi3. Should be a graduate at-least or final year result awaited or final year persuing.4. Experience in voice process preferred5.
