You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and issues via chat, email, and phone, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through chat, email, and phone channels.Provide accurate information about Visit Healths services, appointments, and policies.Assist customers in scheduling appointments, updating personal information, and navigating our platform.Address and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and technical issues with empathy and efficiency.Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for resolution.Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer. support experience.Stay updated on Visit Healths services and industry trends to better assist customers.Strive to meet and exceed customer service targets and performance metrics.Requirements:Fluent in both English and Hindi, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.Previous customer service or support experience is preferred, but not mandatory.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and patient under pressure.Effective multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer support software/tools.Exceptional interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.Willingness to work in an office-based setting in Noida,
