Job Description

    About the RoleJoin a prestigious government-powered skilling and employment initiative aimed at creating 2 crore job opportunities and on boarding 20,000 employers over the next three years. We are looking for a data-driven leader to manage analytics, MIS, and reporting, ensuring strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities
    1. Data Analytics & Insights
    • Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to track platform growth, job placements, and user engagement.
    • Generate data-driven insights to optimize platform performance and improve job matching.
    1. MIS & Reporting
    • Design and maintain a real-time MIS system for registrations, job postings, and hiring trends.
    • Create dashboards and reports for leadership and stakeholders, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
    1. Platform Performance & Optimization
    • Collaborate with tech teams to enhance analytics capabilities and automate reporting.
    • Identify trends, gaps, and areas for data-driven improvements.
    1. Stakeholder Coordination & Project Execution
    • Serve as the primary contact for data-related insights for government bodies and industry partners.
    • Ensure timely reporting, impact assessments, and strategy alignment with national workforce goals.
    Qualification and Other Skills:
    1. 8-12 years of experience in data analytics, MIS, or business intelligence. Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or Excel for data visualization and reporting.
    2. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Experience in HRTech, skilling, or large-scale employment programs is a plus.
