Job Description

  • Recruitment and selection process, conducting hiring drives and extensive relationship management with local institutes.
  • Learning Development - Assess training needs to apply, competency mapping, facilitating skill development/ multiskilling programs and ensure training programs in place as per training calendar.
  • Industrial Relations - Maintain harmonious working relationship with workers and trade union officials to prevent and resolve workplace disputes.
  • Hands on experience in Long Term Wage settlement, Negotiations at plant, Grievance handling, Handling Disciplinary procedures and inquiry, overall supervision of industrial canteen functions, coordinating Joint Forum meetings, etc.
  • Labour Management - Day to day administration of onroll and contractual workforce (unskilled, semi-skilled skilled workforce).
  • Co-ordination with all departments including outsourced activities for manpower allocation, review of contracts, ensuring statutory compliance and manpower rationalization.
  • Co-ordinate work plan, assessment/ review process and implement performance management system for employees including technicians, feedback collection and grievance management.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Liasoning with statutory authorities local bodies and thereby coordinating and maintain good relationship with them.
  • Wage salary administration, records and administration of statutory compliance related to Labour Industrial laws like Factories Act, PF, ESI, Bonus etc.
  • HRIS - MIS, Reports, Leave, Attendance, HRMS, Payroll, Budgeting, maintain documents and records with respect to Integrated Management System.
  • Plan, budget and conduct various employee engagement activities (Wellness/ Festivals/ Family Day/ Sports etc.)
