Design of waste water works Appraisal of subprojects for Waste Water Preparing Waste Water/ Sewerage master plans for cities Assist Procurement Oversee contract management and performance monitoring of the contractors Ensuring the construction activities are implemented as per design in field Assist in preparation of Project Completion Report Process Design, hydraulic calculation, preparation of PFD, P&ID and HFD. Preparation of Bill of Quantity of Electro/ Mechanical equipment for the Plant. Preparation of Electro/ Mechanical equipments datasheets & getting it approved from consultant. Workout of power and chemical consumption. To review the design drawings to minimize the errors in drawings before they submitted to client for getting approval timely. Maintain DCI & ensure correct revisions to be followed at site. Tender preparation coordination. Project management, Planning, Progress Monitoring, Co- ordination with Design Team & Consultants for technical issues and timely approval of drawings, Co- ordination with site team for construction activities; Coordination with Contractors/ Vendors & coordination with Client. Review and understand contract specifications and documents to finalize project scope. Establishing agreement on deliverables and schedules between project disciplines. Preparation & Monitoring of Project execution Schedule, Project Control Budget, Project cost & variance, Billing Schedule, Cost Phasing, Sales Invoice Plan, Cash Inflow & Outflow forecast etc. To work as Interface b/ w Consultant, Client, Site In- charge, Design Deptt to resolve design issues timely. Coordination with Procurement team for expediting deliverables in accordance with project schedule, work with leads and engineering disciplines to ensure information is delivered or issues are resolved timely. Prepare documentation for meetings or communications concerning project contractual or technical issues. Prepare & maintain documentation for Change request; Extra claims; Time extensions. To ensure that risks are identified and plan for corrective actions. Coordination with QA deptt/ TPI for the material Inspection; inspection reports & dispatch. Coordination with process team for the commissioning for the project handover & Closure.,
