    Deputy Manager StoresRoles and ResponsibilitiesSpearheading the team to Create operational efficiencies in plant by implementing new innovativeideas for storage, Packaging and material management.Desired Candidate ProfileExperience in managing, controlling and improving overall stores, warehouse && logistics activities including shifts (Raw material, Finished goods)Conduct weekly/monthly Physical Verification of stocks - Perpetual Inventory SysteIdentify, improve and maintain Stores & Warehouse area as per basic 5S/safety/ continualimprovement requirements.Knowledge and hands on working experience on inventory reduction and cost reduction instores, warehouse & logistics activities like lead time reduction & alternate supplier/transporter.Strategy building to reduce TAT and 100% dispatch efficiencyHands-on experience in perpetual inventory as per weekly, monthly Half Yearly && yearlycalendar plan & reconciliation any miss match found in SAP v/s Physical stock.Responsible for External and Internal auditsEnsuring zero pendency by Proactively closing all CAPA for all First Aid Cases/ Near MissLiaison with internal stake holders and external stakeholders for customer delight.
