The ideal candidate shall have extensive experience in the design and construction of luxury hotels, with a strong background in interior design and fit-outs.Qualifications and Requirements:
• * Minimum of 18 years of experience in Architecture design and coordination.
• * Good experience in interior fit out works.
• * Proven track record in managing large-scale, high-profile design projects.
• * Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations for five-star hotel construction.
• * Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• * Age ideally 40 - 45 years.
• * Extensive experience in high-end hospitality design and interior fit-outs.
• * Expertise in coordinating complex design elements and ensuring project alignment with
• * luxury standards.
