director - pmo in noida* Leadership experience with a solid track record and proven success * Business acumen and understanding of running a department or a division where productivity, resource utilization, quality, timely delivery and employee and client satisfaction are paramount. * Proven experience of establishing processes, best practices and tools for planning, execution and communication of reports and metrics with transparency. * Be supremely organized, detail-oriented, and a true self-starter. * Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to develop and build the team.**Essential Duties & Responsibilities:****PM Process & Templates** * Proven experience of defining and maintaining PM SOPs. * Ensuring maintenance of work instructions and various PM tool & templates e.g., standard project plan templates, status report templates etc.**Execution expectations** * Ensuring adherence and compliance to PM SOPs & work instructions e.g., ensuring projects plan are updated on weekly basis, status reports are set timely.**Capacity planning & skills management**Work with other Directors of consulting for the following: * Monthly capacity planning for next 6 months * Monthly maintenance of skills matrix of the team**Issue & risk management** * Ability to solve & assist the PMs in solving complex project problems & proactively manage project risks. * Minimize risk tuning in the project issues.**Minimum Requirements** : * Bachelor or Masters degree from highly credible institutes * Advanced skills in Microsoft Project Planning tool and MS Office suite * Minimum 15- 25 years of total IT experience with minimum 5 years of running a PMO group for consulting projects. * Must have 10 years of PM experience of managing large implementation projects ideally in Life Sciences companies. * Must have at-least 5 years of project mgmt. experience in large SIs**Preferred Qualifications** * Highly desirable to have experience in software development for Healthcare or Life Sciences companies. * Experience working with international cross-functional teams is highly desirable * Hands-on experience on drug safety applications like Argus Safety, ARISg etc. The Job Description is intended to be a general representation of theresponsibilities and requirements of the job.
