Your RoleAs a Drilling & Rig Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining drilling rig equipment, supporting drilling activities, and ensuring safe and efficient operations on-site.Key Responsibilities
• Operate drilling rig equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
• Assist with rig setup, drilling operations, tripping, and rig-down activities
• Monitor drilling parameters and equipment performance
• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and minor repairs on rig equipment
• Handle drilling tools, pipes, mud systems, and related equipment
• Follow drilling plans and operational procedures
• Maintain accurate operational logs and equipment records
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards and industry regulations
• Identify equipment issues and report maintenance requirements promptly
• Work closely with drillers, toolpushers, engineers, and other rig crew members
What Were Looking ForRequired Qualifications
• High school diploma or technical certification (preferred)
• Experience in drilling, rig operations, or oil & gas field operations
• Knowledge of drilling equipment, rig systems, and field safety procedures
• Ability to operate heavy machinery and drilling-related equipment
• Physically fit and able to work in demanding outdoor environments
• Willingness to work rotational schedules and remote locations when required
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
