Duties && Responsibilities Lead generation, Counselling and Enrolment Converting enquiries into admissions. Handling Walkin/Enquiry Reporting about day-to day work Maintain accurate and complete student records as required. Evaluate individuals' abilities, interests, and personality characteristics using tests, records,and professional sources. Conduct follow-up to enrol or determine if their needs have been met. Attend professional meetings, educational conferences, and training workshops, in order tomaintain and improve professional competence. Refer students to degree programs based on interests, aptitudes, or educational assessments. Counsel students to obtain information about employment history, educational background,and career goals. Manage student relationship, including escalations Coordination with team to achieve sales targets for the region Critical Traits and Qualities:- Ability to get things done, being transparent and willingness to learn are crucial to success inorganisation dynamic cultural environment- Unafraid personality - micro-habits of decision making, confidence, assertiveness- Learning mindset - curious, data-driven, open to feedback Head Office Cordination:o Co-ordination with Head Office and various departments for smooth operations toensure satisfied students resulting in maximum enrolments.o Competition mapping and periodic feedback to management.o Implementation of managements short term as well as long term plans.Qualification Graduate / Post GraduateMBA/PGDM (Full Time/Part Time)Experience Minimum of 1 to 2 years of work experience in Sales, preferably in Education / TrainingIndustry. Exposure to Distance Education will be added advantage.Skills && Abilities Good communication skills. (Fluency in English/Hindi both is must) Highly organized and mature with respect to human relationships
