Job Description

COUNSELLER : Both M/F can applyLocation : Pritampura, Saket, NoidaDuties & Responsibilities :

Lead generation, Counselling and Enrolment
Converting enquiries into admissions.
Handling Walkin/Enquiry
Reporting about day-to day work
Attend professional meetings, educational conferences, and training workshops, in order to
Refer students to degree programs based on interests, aptitudes, or educational assessments.
Counsel students to obtain information about employment history, educational background and career goals
Coordination with team to achieve sales targets for the region

Head Office Coordination:

o Co-ordination with Head Office and various departments for smooth operations toensure satisfied students resulting in maximum enrolments.
o Competition mapping and periodic feedback to management.
o Implementation of managements short term as well as long term plans.

Qualification

Graduate / Post Graduate
MBA/PGDM (Full Time/Part Time

Experience:

Minimum of 06 months to 2 years of work experience in any type of Sales, preferably in Education / Training Industry.

Skills & Abilities

Good communication skills. (Fluency in English/Hindi both is must)
Orgaized and mature with respect to human relationships
Basic Computer knowledge
