Job Description Provide expert technical support to help drive site improvement in Process Safety. Review of Process Safety Information(Safety Report) for all stages of new products Planning and review of theoretical (Cheetah) & experimental analysis (DSC , RC1 , TGA , & ARSST) of hazards in the process and the raw materials. Categorization of reaction and defining the recommendations for the mitigation of risk with potential solutions. Lead the sites in executing the Process Hazard Analysis HAZOP and make the process as Safe operation by suggesting Engineering & other controls Lead the sites in addressing the issues related operational deviations , process safety in design and operational controls. Support and coordinate with sites in compiling the Global standards and guidelines of Process Safety Management. Lead investigations of process safety incidents , employing root cause analysis to prevent the reportable process safety incidents. Cultivate the Process Safety culture by delivering the trainings in Hazard identification and risk assessment techniques , process safety in design and safe operating practices for plant engineers and key personnel. Enhancement of Knowledge by sharing and interactions between the sites by placing emphasis on process safety performance. Coach , mentor and develop people in all aspects of process safety engineering. Qualifications B.Tech Chemical , M.Sc.
