Roles and responsibilities General 1. Candidate Will Be Responsible for E - mail Delivery of Various Clients , Suggesting Them the Ways to Get Their Mails Reach in Inbox , Report Generation , Mis , Monitoring of Performance , Campaigns and E - mail Delivery 2. Taking Care of Bulk / batch Emails , Transactional Mails and Deliverability Issues 3. Managing the Sql Database for Recipient Complaints , Unsubscriptions Etc to Abide By the Rules of Canspam. 4. Document Each Incident in Support Tracking System in a Clear , Concise , and Understandable Format. 5. Escalate Any Unresolved Customer Issue to Appropriate Resources and Seek Timely Resolution. 6. Queuing and Scheduling Mailings , Managing Reports On Deliverability and Failures. 7. Experience in Ip Migration , Strategies Used in Ip Migration for Servers Involved in Email Marketing , Balancing the Weightings of Ips for Ip Reputation among Major Isps like Yahoo , Mail , Hotmail , Earthlink Etc. 9. Respond Promptly and Professionally to Customer Issues Received Via Telephone , Email , Web , & Internal Escalations. 10. Daily Checks of Message Deliverability to Isps and Resolving Any Conflicts in Case Failures / blocks and Bounces. 11. Responsibility Will also Include Co - ordination with Clients and Giving Them Technical Support and Assistance On Email - delivery 12. Working On Dns , Mail Bounce Handling. 13. Worked On Linux , Mta Configuration File and Error Resolution On Mta to Optimise the Performance. 14. Responsible for Various Report Generation Using My Sql Database , Application and Excel (mis). 15. Working with the Return Path Tool Specially Designed to Optimise the Performance of Email Delivery of Various Clients. 16. Doing R&d On other Esp Panel , Analysing the Headers of the Email and How to Optimise the Header for Better Performance and Email Delivery. 17. Responsible for End to End Mailing Activities of Various Clients. 18. Responsible for Manual System Testing , and Checking and Scanning E - mail Content , Suggesting and Impl,
