Job Description

    Key Responsibilities: Lead Identification: Research and identify potential clients within our target market segments through various channels, including online research, social media, industry events, and more. Outreach Campaigns: Develop and execute outbound lead generation campaigns via email, social media, and phone to engage with prospects and initiate conversations. Qualification: Assess and qualify leads by understanding their needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making process. Database Management: Maintain and update the lead database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Lead Nurturing: Build and maintain relationships with prospects through follow-up communication and content sharing to educate and engage them further. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with the overall marketing and sales strategy. Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on lead generation metrics and campaign performance to. identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in a B2B environment. Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in using CRM and lead management tools. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a high level of initiative.
