    • Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality project delivery.
    • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of engineering projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and client requirements.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
    • Implement best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.
    • Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team.
    • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
    QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
    • Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering or a related field.
    • 5 to 9 years of relevant work experience in engineering management or a similar role.
    • Proven expertise in Oracle DBA, API testing, Core Java, and Spring Batch.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
