Overall responsibilities to manage the Facility Management services of the company, Electro-mechanical activities, Building Maintenance, Fire & safety systems & all soft services , facade cleaning services of the company.Will be responsible to manage more than 50 clients of the company.Preparation and submission of Weekly and Monthly reports to MD.Preparation of MMR (Monthly Management Review).Preparation of BPR (Business Performance Review).AMC of client Contracts and Equipment & timely renewal of the same.Coordinating with OEM for service obligation as per AMC & in case of breakdown of system.Monthly performance reviews with technical team and housekeeping team members for quality service deliveryRegular meetings with clients regarding various maintenance/housekeeping issues & improvement.Ensure all safety guidelines/requirements are adhered to by team Members/ vendors.Innovate, suggest and implement energy conservation ideas.Preparation of SOP and Implementation of Check list.will also be responsible for business development and business expensive in north and south IndiaTo provide regular Technical support and onsite training to technical team.
