• Recruiting & developing agents on a commission basis.
• Training & mentoring agents to ensure productivity.
• Monitoring agent activities to meet business goals.
• Conducting weekly performance reviews (PRP) and updating the Sales Management System.
• Motivating agents for career progression within the organization.
• Encouraging the use of Agent Portal & CRM for customer management and cross-selling.
