Job Description

Position Overview:

NetCom Learning is looking to expand their team with a Developer having a strong python back-end skill set and the ability to support and maintain front-end technologies. The right candidate will not only have great programming skills but will be self-driven and can independently manage and develop projects.

Noida Office: Applicants must be in Noida / New Delhi area or willing to relocate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers.
  • Debug and refactoring of existing code troubleshoot problems.
  • Build efficient, testable, and reusable Python modules following best practices (unit testing, source control, continues integration, automation, design patterns, etc.).
  • Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges.
  • Integrate data from various back-end services and databases.
  • Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs.
  • UI Integration with programming infrastructures in Python.
  • Create and maintain software documentation.
  • Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities.
  • Cooperate with web designers to match visual design intent.
  • Daily monitoring and updating to existing site.
  • Continuous development/research for new features.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience Range 5 to 7 years.
  • Proficiency in Python software development.
  • Expert in Python, with knowledge of at least one Python web framework (such as Django, Flask, Bottle, etc. depending on your technology stack).
  • Familiar with some ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries.
  • 5+ years designing/developing web applications and APIs.
  • Stronghold on Data Structure & Algorithms.
  • Skilled in both hands-on development and architectural design.
  • Good understanding of SQL / MySQL.
  • 5+ years of web UI using exp JavaScript framework like (AngularJS, Bootstrap, jQuery, etc.).
  • Experience designing and implementing Rest API and PostgreSQL.
  • Basic understanding of Data Science in Model Building and validation using Python.
  • Basic understanding of advanced statistical techniques including clustering, classification, regression, matrix factorization, recommendation, feature selection etc.
  • Basic understanding of advanced machine learning models including deep learning models such as CNN, RNN, LSTM etc.
  • Solid interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to produce results.
  • Fluent English: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
