  • Enter data using applications including: automated policy issuance, spreadsheet, and word processing to enable policy and endorsement issuance
  • Thoroughly review incoming requests and policy issuance information for completeness. Record and refer those that are outside the guidelines to the underwriting department for approval.
  • Provide quality control and assembly for all types of policies and endorsements generated by the business unit
  • Ensure that turnaround time and quality of documents meets Company service standards
  • Manage and maintain records including correspondence and data files
  • Provide customer service to underwriters, operations staff across the country(s) and other functions within Travelers. Contact internal resources to research and resolve issues.
