Job Description

GM AGM ADMINISTRATIONQUALIFICATION: - GRADUATIONEXP: - 15+YRSJOB DESCRIPTIONRenewal of annual maintenance contracts, rate contracts and new purchases in compliance with the Service Level Agreements by the vendors Managing the timely processing of all vendor bills Managing the fixed assets of the company with asset management software Manage all maintenance request to facilitate a better and proper use of all facilities and common areas and schedule housekeeping & pest control services with a view to maintain safe and healthy environment Participate in periodic walk through with the staff and take a note of points for necessary corrective action Maintain list of all additions and deletions for Medical Insurance. To review and send non cashless claims of the employees to the insurance company for reimbursement Organize health checkup camps for the employees on regular basis.
