GM AGM DGM CHEMICAL PRODUCTION PLANNINGQUALIFICATION: - DIPLOMA B.TECHEXP: - 15 YRSJOB DESCRIPTIONProvide operational support in commercial, development/ scale-up and validation batches planning of batches as per production plan and availability of equipment and facility Preparation, filling, checking and review of Batch Production Records Preparation of daily & monthly production report Preparation of process validation protocol and report Preparation of qualification reports of new and old equipment as and when required Perform QAMS activity like change control proposal deviation and CAPA through Track wise software Preparation and revision of standard operating procedure as and when required Preparation of Development/ scale-up reports on the basis of data generated during scale-up batches and their observation Ensure Raw Material stock availability as per batch plans Requisition of raw materials through SAP (Systems, Applications, Products in data processing)/ SCM (Supply chain Management) as per requirement To check and ensure availability of required approved raw materials from SAP In case of old raw material, quality status.
