GM ACCOUNTS FINANCEQUALIFICATION: - B.COM MBAEXP: - 15 YRSJOB DESCRIPTIONAdministering maintenance of books of accounts, working capital, inclusive of P&L account, balance sheet and trial balance with the finalization of year end accounts actively involved in preparing payroll accounts Supervising various ledgers and reconciliation statements viz. Financial & Costing Profit reconciliation, bank reconciliation, credit reconciliation etc., for analyzing the accuracy of books of accounts Vendor account reconciliation Suppliers payments, Reconciliation of Vendor accounts, Preparation of cash flow statements, Allocation & Utilization of Funds & Dealing with banks and institutions Fixed Assets Register maintenance Notice of draw down for loan funding & Dealing with lenders/bankers Responsible for establishing and updating cost drivers and cost tables for parts/system/sub-systems. Establishing prices based on Cost drivers, project evaluation of new product development projects Allocating overheads, Raw Material Consumption Valuation (Moving weighted Average method), Monthly Cost Sheets, Monthly Profitability Statements, Reconciliation of Financial and Costing Profit & Inventory Valuation Fixing standard cost of different products manufactured by the division based on bill of material, coordinated with division for fixation of standard material cost, Computation of Cost Centre/Work Centre rates and fixation of Standard Conversion cost.
