TECH in Plastics/Mechanical/Production Engineering or Diploma/PostDiploma from CIPET/NTTFWORK EXPERIENCE : 25-30 Years based on Qualification && Experience. Preference will be given tocandidates having experience of working in Commercial Tooling && Plastic Component ManufacturingCompanies.JOB DESCRIPTION :Core competency Capability to manage precision Tooling && Injection Moulding activities. Experience of New Product developments and Cost Estimation Experience of handling Injection moulding facility with 50 plus injection moulding machines. Maximise capacity utilisation at low operational costs without compromising with qualitystandards. Risk analysis and data management skill. Achieve revenue and profit targets as per business plan. Improve customer satisfaction index. Strategic planning and execution skill to make sure 100% delivery adherence. Working with senior management to implement the company's policies and goals. Good knowledge of machine tools. Understand the needs of customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how tomeet them. Handle customer grievances and drive it to a positive conclusion to the satisfaction of thecustomers. Train members of the team and build a strong team. Work strategically - carry out necessary planning in order to implement operational changesSoft skills: Good communication and analytical skills. Ability to self-motivate and motivate a team. Manage and build relationships with the customers. Good time management and organizational skills. Good leadership skills Proven ability to negotiate with the customers.
