This team helps them to understand the payment flows and assist merchants with it simplementation.About the role: The role is of tech support where an individual will be assisting Paytm merchant toimplement the payment services.Expectations/ RequirementsThe individual will be responsible for assisting Paytm s Merchant with the integration of PaytmPayment products.The individual will be working along with Paytm Product, Tech, and Business Team tounderstand different product suites and their implementation.The individual will take ownership of diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues reportedby the merchants.The individual will take part in meetings/concall with various internal and external stakeholdersinvolved in the Paytm payment product integration process.The individual will support the reactive queries and requests being raised by Merchants withinan agreed turnaround time and quality standards.The individual will be responsible for a few operational tasks to manage their daily work viadifferent workflow tools.The individual must have a good understanding of IT terminology and concepts with up-to-datetechnical knowledge and an in-depth understanding of any coding language.The individual will be accountable to ensure successful implementation of platform integrationbetween Paytm and MerchantsThe individual must have good communications skill and excellent problem-solving skills.The individual must be able to work in a 24*7 environment.Be a brand ambassador for Paytm Stay Hungry, Stay Humble, Stay Relevant!Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this roleKnowledge of any language (Ex:-PHP,JAVA,ASP.Net, Python, etc) and platform(Android, iOS,Hybrid Apps,Plugins)Hands-on experience in debugging the issues for the above-mentioned languages and platformsIndividuals with experience in platform integrations/Implementation/Solutions team forproducts and services will be preferred but not mandatoryWhy join usMerit based culture that thrives on self-motivated & driven individuals who are set out to make asuccessful career in India s fastest growing Fintech Organization. It s your opportunity to be a partof the story!Requirements - Bachelors degree (Technical)- Has working knowledge from any of the following programming languages Java/PHP/.Net/ Node.js etc.- Postman and Browser network debugging skills- Has an understanding of relational databases.- Ability to understand and write simple to medium complex SQL queries- Has excellent communication skills and the desire to talk to clients- Willingness to work with shifts.- A self-starter with the ability to manage and prioritise work.- 1+ years of experienceDesired Experience - Logs analysis using Kibana, Elastic or Putty is a big plus.- Payments gateway experience with Integration or Support will definitely add an advantage.,
