What Youll Do - As an Compensation & Benefits Leader: - Define compensation philosophy and guidelines in line with compliance as well as the companys philosophy- Develop compensation and rewards strategies that attract and retain talent- Perform appraisal reviews based on market and startup specific benchmarking to ensure - competitiveness- Oversee and periodically review the benefits portfolio- Define career progression for all roles along with L&D Head As an HR Business Partner: - Devise deep connects and understanding of people in the business to maintain a healthy pool of talent and succession for all critical roles. Consult with leaders to create a - comprehensive people plan to influence lasting change in the business- Solve problems and get to the root cause of any issue. Design and quickly implement simplified solutions- Work with a other People Office functions to create useful propositions for your business in the following areas: talent acquisition, performance management, data analysis, talent engagement, learning & development, recognition programs and rewards- Use and request data strategically - identify and surface trends in both qualitative and quantitative data to help improve organizational health and take informed decisions regarding succession planning and career growth- Devise deep connects and understanding of people in the business to maintain a healthy pool of talent and succession for all critical roles You Should Apply if you are: - You are currently a Compensation and Benefits Manager and have some experience in HR Business Partnering as well- You have a minimum of 3 years experience in Compensation and Benefits and a total of 5-8 years of work experience- You are from a top tier B School- You have worked in a fast paced startup environment,
