Job Description

Financial Institutions Debt - HeadWe are looking for a Financial Institutions Debt - Head.Work experience : The candidate should have 10+ years of experience in institutional fixed income.Responsibilities :Head of debt :- Originating and structuring debt deals for FIs (NBFCs/ MFI/ HFCs/ CV/Fintech).- These would include corporate bonds (NCDs) and securitized products (such as PTCs, and DAs).- Leading the P&L for debt deals for FIs.- First 12 months target are to close INR 1000 cr Pan-India with healthy margins- Building the entire team to lead this functionDeal Management :- Supervising various aspects of deals such as underwriting, issue management, credit analysis, compliance, risk management and financial advisory.- Providing expertise and inputs on key aspects of deals such as pricing, terms and conditions, legal aspects, research, and financial analysis.- Leading the Due Diligence initiated by lenders that involves data collation, analysis and management interactionCompliance and Documentation :- CAM preparation for lender committee- Assisting in deal documentation (in-principal approval, final term sheet, security creation) and closure.- Supervising and guiding the documentation such as prospectus, offer documents, pitch decks, regulatory presentations, transaction execution documents, financial due-diligence and related documents- Coordinating with regulators as and when necessary in appropriate capacityKey expertise we are looking for :- Financial Control & Analysis- Financial Trends Analysis- Market Research and Competitor Analysis- Financial Modelling- Deal Making- Deal Structuring- Negotiations- Credit Analysis- Strategic Partnerships and AlliancesEducation :- IIT and/or IIM graduate ( Tier 1 MBA)- Economics Hons/commerce + CA + Tier 1 MBACompensation : We believe in hiring the best people and we reward them with the best-in-class compensation and reward structure.Opportunity :- Opportunity to work with an early-stage start-up and be a part of the growth story.- Opportunity to build and grow a business where skys the limit.- Institutional exposure - an opportunity of networking with institutions and getting things done.- Startup mindset and culture: Young, dynamic and ambitious work culture,
