Briefly, Job Role Include(s); Craft Marketing strategies to provide business growth for the United States (Marketplace) with prime focus on Digital Marketing, advertising, Social Media Marketing etc. as well as Brand Building as Fintech organization for India and global markets Strategies, plan, prepare, manage and track ROI for the Marketing Budgets & spends (Monthly, Quarterly and Annually) and send periodic report for Management review. Incumbent must have strong consumer marketing experience to understand and analyze customer behavior and determines customer persona. Ensure our Brand message is strong and consistent for US and India Market through marketing efforts like (Events, email campaigns, web pages, promotional material, PR, Media and Social Media activities etc.) Support US Marketplace to increase leads and improve the lead conversion % from the overall funnel and provide right set of leads to the Sales function. Strong lead generation and quality conversion through Digital Marketing platform (SEO, SCM, PPC, website traffic, social media initiatives, Facebook, twitter, etc. Identify opportunities to reach new market segment and expand market share. Ensure timely CSAT surveys, ensuring customer delight which leads to building pipeline of referrals of new business of incremental business with existing clients. End to end Brand Management for India Operations under the guidance of Global CTO & Executive Vice Chairman, (India, Asia) Responsible for cross-functional collaboration for any project, event, media events etc. as per business requirements. As primary SPOC, must ensure multitasking to ensure the most effective support for a companys marketing force Incumbent should supervise the marketing function and provide guidance and feedback to other marketing professionals. Strong team handling experience is preferred. Experience in handling marketing agencies and Incumbent should have strong experience in stakeholder Management. Alignment with key stakeholder (Internally and externally) Responsible for producing valuable content for the companys online presence, editorial design and organizing the companys publications Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitors marketing movements Become the organizations agent towards external parties such as media, stakeholders and potential clients and build strategic partnerships Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices Desired Candidate Graduate (Any), Preferred B. Tech + MBA from Premier College / University Excellent leadership and organizing skills Overall 10+ Years of Hands of experience in Marketing (Overall all facets of Marketing, Strong Digital Marketing and Brand Management experience) Head Marketing An enthusiastic team player and strong interpersonal skills Strong experience in Digital Marketing, Media Relations and expertise to handle marketing agencies, event and campaign management experience Problem solving and analytical skills. High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation. Strong Presentation, MIS / Analytics Skills (Strong MS Office Skills) Strong Communications Skills (both written & verbal) Strong detail orientation a must Thorough knowledge of web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, Web Trends etc.) and Google AdWords Core Competence Strong Communication Proficiency (Written and Verbal).
