    • Helping the management define and communicate the vision throughout the organization
    • Setting up an efficient performance management system from the vision of the organization, with goals and responsibilities for the management, all functions and employees clearly defined and flowing top down
    • Talent acquisition & development - Bringing top talent into the organization at a young age and developing them
    • Career & succession planning - creating strong career paths for high potential individuals in the organization, helping them grow and develop into leadership roles, creating succession pipeline for all critical roles
    • Helping setup strong and clear JDs and SOPs organization wise
    • Training & Development - Identifying the critical skills, competencies and knowledgefor the organization and setting up a strong training & development framework
    • Automation and Digitisation of processes
