Job Description

Incumbent will be responsible to undertake all legal and company secretarial compliances for Religare Broking Limited. Legal head will play an important role towards business deliverables by ensuring compliance in all business operations.

  1. Handle regulatory compliances as per SEBI
  2. Surveillance, investigations and audit compliance
  3. Litigation and contract management
  4. Responsible for secretarial compliance
  5. Board Management and relative activities
Selection Criteria
  • Proven track record in field of legal and compliance focused
  • Incumbent should hold existing relations with regulatory exchange
  • Qualified LLB & Company Secretary
  • Experience Minimum 12-15 years experience
