If you thrive on turning data into unbreakable products, challenging conventions, and driving cross-functional excellence, this is your moment to lead from the front.Key Responsibilities:- Architect and own the end-to-end durability vision, strategy, and roadmap across the product lifecycle - from concept and design validation to field performance and continuous improvement.- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance team of durability engineers, test specialists, and data analysts - fostering a culture of relentless excellence and innovation.- Champion advanced methodologies including accelerated life testing (ALT), reliability growth modeling, FMEA/DFMEA, Weibull analysis, and digital twin/virtual validation techniques.- Partner aggressively with Design, Simulation, Manufacturing, Quality, and Program teams to embed durability into every decision and eliminate surprises before they reach the customer.- Drive root cause analysis on field failures and warranty issues, implementing corrective actions that deliver measurable leaps in product robustness and customer satisfaction.- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging technologies, materials, and testing standards to position us as leaders in product longevity.- Deliver aggressive targets on reliability metrics, durability KPIs, and cost-of-quality reductions while accelerating time-to-market.
