Job Description

    Head - Product ManagementPurpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization :- As a Head-Product Management, the person will be responsible for managing UI & UX on all D2C platforms.- This role will entail managing and expanding different growth programs/initiatives on these platforms while generating insights to enable growth, profitability, better understand the consumer, expand reach, and ultimately drive conversions, AOV across geographies including US, Global and India.- The person will also be responsible for delivering cutting-edge analytics services to stakeholders, enabling them to make fact-based decisions based on defined data sources.Key Responsibilities : 1. Growth insights and implementationa. Consumer experience and conversion- Own consumer journey and conversion analysis and implement insights to deliver conversion growth- Work closely with tech teams to enable consumer need assessment for any site and app product enhancements and Website direct search optimization- Own cross funnel consumer journey and conversion analysis and implement insights to deliver conversion growth- Lead site real estate, search, sorting and main navigation optimization to ensure conversion growth- Own site sequencing, personalization, and A/B testing to deliver conversion growth- Spearhead product recommendation engine for platforms- Lead Ratings, Reviews and User Generated Content mining, analysis, and optimization- Work closely with tech teams to enable consumer need assessment for any site product enhancements- Drive product content optimization and conceptualise/lead guided search flow for D2C platformsb. Program Management- Lead and implement consumer segmentation & growth programs on respective platforms- Manage programs across geographies to optimise conversion, improve AOV, up-sell and cross sell tactics, increasing revenue generated through various programs- Provide insights on sub-categories growth and help implement those to create business impact and expansion- Own revenuec. Calendar planning and delivery- Own yearly, quarterly, monthly and daily big events and commercial calendar planning- Manage catalogue and merchandising across D2C platforms Key KPIs : - Conversion%, PDP>ATC conversion%, ATC>Transaction conversion%, Units Per Transactions, AOV, Site search exit rates, ROAS, Acquisition metrics, NPS Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications : - 5 years of experience with Product/analytics teams in a reputed e-commerce firm is a plus- Minimum 3 years of team management experience- Experience working with Global brands, specifically US D2C brands would be preferable- Excellent understanding of digital consumer funnel and journey- Entrepreneurial mindset- Data oriented person with excellent proficiency in Excel, Automation, and Google analytics- Ability to synthesize data into insights and give a single dashboard view for decision making- Knowledge on Python/SQL is a plus- Must be fluent in English and more importantly must be able to articulate and present data driven insights and its relevancy to business problems well- Knowledge on Tableau / MicroStrategy / Excel macros is a plus op skills : - Business analysis- Consumer funnel and experience understanding- Consumer segmentation Behavioral Traits : - Radical Accountability: Treat your role like your own business.- Systems Thinking: Doer versus a talker.- Extremely creative/hacker mind-set with In-depth knowledge of the subject- Performance and results-oriented- Being relentless in pursuit of growth- Entrepreneurial spirit, mindset and work ethic are a must.- Ability to work with cross functional teams,
