(Process Trainings, Behavioural, Softskills Training) Good Communicator and able to work as individual contributor and with strong conceptual & technical knowledge Proven experience as a trainer Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools Experience in designing training courses, including technical courses Excellent organisational and time -management skills Salary: As Per Market Standards Industry: ITES /BPO Functional Area: L&D; Keyskills Desired Candidate Profile Education - PG:Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required Doctorate:Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required As Head -Learning & Development your responsibilities includes: Identifying training and development needs within organization : technical, behavioral, leadership and managerial Planning of learning & development activities to meet organizational needs and analyze progress against the overall talent management strategy. Hands on experience on Designing and developing training module based on the based on organizations requirements Prepare and conduct technical training programs Create Instructor materials (course outlines, background material, instructional materials and training aids) Prepare training materials and classroom agenda Ability to deliver training programs as a trainer Continuously enhance technical instructional delivery Ensure quality and consistency of course content throughout course life cycle. Mentor other instructors in the subject matter, content and course delivery techniques for assigned courses.,
