Job Description

    Position SummaryAs a Health and Fitness Counselor, you will serve as the voice of Ubalance Naturals, guiding customers toward informed decisions on the best-suited health supplements. Your role involves understanding customer needs, addressing their queries, and helping customers choose the appropriate health supplements. Building trust and meaningful connections will enhance customer satisfaction, promote healthier lifestyles, and foster brand loyalty.With a focus on empathy and expertise, you will ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to authenticity and holistic wellness. Your contributions will directly support our mission of helping people achieve balance.Essential Job Duties
    • Answer Inbound Customer Calls: Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate product information professionally.
    • Make Outbound Customer Calls: Follow up on orders, share product details, and promote offers.
    • Promote Products: Educate customers on the benefits of our health supplements and recommend products suited to their needs.
    • Resolve Customer Concerns: Address concerns, empathize with issues, and resolve them promptly.
    • Meet Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling strategies and work towards customer retention.
    • Maintain Records: Keep customer data, order details, and call logs updated in our CRM system.
    • Participate in Events: Support and represent the brand at events organized at various locations to engage with customers and promote products.
    • Stay Informed: Regularly participate in product training and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions.
    Educational Requirement
    • Graduation in any field.
    • Nutrition, fitness, or hospitality certifications are desirable but not a showstopper.
    Minimum Qualifications
    • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or a customer-facing role is preferable; however, freshers can also apply.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, preferably in English and Hindi (at least).
    • Excellent sales and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in basic computer tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
