Job Description

  1. Board/ Committee meetings: agenda compilation on meeting software portal and drafting of minutes
  2. General Meetings/ Annual Report : compiling of Annual report requirements/ convening general meetings/ postal ballots/ minutes thereof
  3. Compliance with IPO requirements
  4. Compliance with CA 2013/ SEBI LODR requirements wrt equity/ debt securities
  5. Procedural formalities wrt appointment / re-appointment /regularization/ cessation of Directorships , preparation of annual declarations from Directors viz. Form MBP-1 & DIR-8, DIR 2, Declaration of Independence for Independent Directors, Code of Conduct etc.
