Job Description

    Roles and ResponsibilitiesPrior experience of having implementing RPA bots using Automation Anywhere version 11.0 or higherKnowledge to analyze log details available in control room after implementing development ortesting phase.Knowledge of Scheduler and trigger of task from AA client and control room.Designing automation processes as per the operational needs of an organizationAbility to analysis root cause for an errorManaging and investigating exceptions (Business and System Exceptions)Have working knowledge of Metabots and its featureAnalyzing, understanding and documenting the business processes in detail where required.Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phasesRPA development and support experience of minimum 4 yearsMigration of existing bots of AA version 11 to AA 360Understand existing systems and resolve operations issues. Follow and improve coding standardsReviewing the code and the design and providing expertise in the development, and integration ofsystemsConfiguring new automation with efficient and easily understandable automation toolsDocumenting the automation proceduresTo develop and deliver codes for the work assigned in accordance with time, quality and coststandards.Proven expertise in Automation Anywhere as Technical LeadTo ensure process compliance in the assigned module and participate in technical discussions orreview as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages,supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasingproductivityTo prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure ofescalations.
