    • Handling data management.
    • Work closely with Marketing and sales team to help manage the customer database .
    • Manage database lists and tags of Customers data on CRM.
    • Interaction with clients to resolve any type of queries over the mail and call.
    • Training, orienting & engaging clients to paid services.
    • Probing, identifying and resolving client issues on call.
    • Raising tickets for unresolved issues.
    • Ensuring delivery of daily & monthly targets on customer service.
    Desired Candidate Profile:
    • Any Graduate, Any Diploma, Any post graduate Should be conversation in English & Hindi Language,
    • Prior customersupport/Tele calling experience will be an added advantage.
    • Responsible for tele calling newly onboarded clients.
