Job Description

We have Urgent openings forAirtel Premium Inbound Process for Noida Loc.Interested, eligible candidates can appear for the Walk-in-Interviews scheduled.Job TitleCSA for Airtel Premium ProcessInterview Time- 10:30 am to 4:30 pm.Venu:-A-44, Vds Business CentreSector 2, NoidaCustomer Service Executive | Customer Service Associate | Customer Service Representative | Customer Service Agent- Provide exceptional customer support / customer service when communicating and assisting customers. Ensure that high quality standards are maintained for all customer interactions and issue resolutions.- Answer inbound calls (No sales & No Target) . It is a customer service / customer support role No Sales.- Handle Premium Customers & provide service and solution- Work with the managers for reports & on product knowledge- Provide training & support to junior team members- Resolve tickets over the email / Chat - Analyze customer reported information to identify problems and concerns.- Perform problem research and testing when necessary.- Deliver high quality and timely resolutions to problems.- Initiate follow-up to other service areas when appropriate.- Perform other customer support service duties and responsibilities as necessary.Skills Required:

  • Candidate should have a positive attitude & should be goal oriented.
  • Candidate should have good Communications Both in English/Hindi.
  • Excellent conversational and customer service.
Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must be graduate in any stream with minimum 1 Year of Experience in Voice Process
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcomed
  • Excellent communication skills Verbal & Written
  • Good listening skills and strong communication abilities.
