Job Description

    Description:To handle the overall PMO activities for one of the largest center in India Work closely with Center Head / GHs / PMs to monitor / collate info regarding Forecast / SLD / Unbilled (mostly ORs) / Unallocated engineers / ERR etc Work on financials Generate dashboards / reports on various Financial attributes like Forecast / Revenue / ABR / ABS / NRE etc Highlight the spike in NRE / ABS etc and work with the PMs to implement corrective measures Work with PM to monitor and manage the overall LM / Margin and implement improvement plans for their accounts Reconciliation of all the financial and forecast nos at center and GH levels. Noida level PreSales tracking Noida level allocation and Invoice tracking, Job Responsibilities:Good understanding on Processes, Reports & Dashboards Good understanding on Financials Hands on experience on Excel / PPT / Google docs Data Collection and Maintenance Expert Team Handling ability. Must maintain confidentiality, He/She has to maintain many confidential documents. Candidate must be able to help his PM in project Management by creating and maintaining the project health checkup. Ready to take new Challenges. Ready to work in a high paced environment. Ready to take the ownership of the Account Management.
