Job Description

Summary: Leveraged resource managing primarily Indirect (HR, Recruitment, MarCom, Legal & compliance) & CCOW.Skillset:Procurement & Sourcing, Vendor Contracting, Strategic & Tactical Sourcing incl supplier performance, Forecasting, Spend Management, Supplier Management, Thorough knowledge around IT category, Should have catered to India Market is the key for this role.

  • Excellent communications skills
  • Person should have in-depth knowledge Indirect/Facilities/ HR Category Purchase in India and will have a spend of $10-15M under their management. The role is also responsible for reviewing compliance of the procurement processes within the country and is a focal point in all our periodic external audits ( PWC ).
  • Develop & evaluate new vendors for smooth supply chain operations. Quarterly Review of suppliers performance & consolidation of suppliers. Empanelment of vendors for annual rates contracts & agreement
  • Vendor management and relationship analysis based on actual spend.
  • Taking care of all documentations related to purchase and responsible for Procedure Manuals & Contracts.
  • Well versed with Negotiation with different vendors on commercial terms and requirements closure.
  • Experience in preparation and analysis of various MIS report on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
  • Conversant with Functional Knowledge of Procurement, including RFP/RFQs, Quote evaluations and comparatives, Vendor Selection, Vendor Ratings, Vendor Satisfaction including Payments as per agreed Payment terms.
  • Well versed with contracting for different products and services required for system integration and Networking implementation projects
  • Sourcing Specialist taking responsibility for negotiating deals and contracts with suppliers. negotiate pricing, quantity, and delivery schedules. Should anything change in the sourcing process, theyre responsible for renegotiating new contracts as well.
  • Person should have relevant experience in IT Services Org. like DXC.
