Job Description

WEB Project Coordinator(Only Male)

  • Salary: 15-20k CTC(negotiable for deserving)
  • 6 Months to 1 year of experiencein Web project coordination & management (designing, development, mobile application).
  • Exp. fromIT Industry only, candidates who have coordination exp. with designers, developers, & mobile app team. for completion of client projects .
  • Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and of project management tools(exp. on ASANA would be added advantage)
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and report.
  • Ensuring that clients needs are met as the project evolves
  • Make certain that clients needs are met as the project evolves
  • Help prepare project proposals, time-frames, schedule and budget
  • Monitor and track project progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Previous experience in cooperating with Web Project Managers for the delivery of Web projects
  • Excellent international client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Coordinating project schedules, resources, and information
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants
  • Use project management tools to monitor working hours, budget, plans and money spend
  • Issue all appropriate legal paperwork
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • understanding of Core PHP, Cake PHP, PHP 5, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, J query will be required in order to handle web projects.
