• Assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Provide detailed information about gemstones, metals, and jewellery care.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain store displays, ensuring proper handling and presentation of jewellery.
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and ensure product availability.
• Develop strong relationships with customers and provide after-sales support.
• Stay updated on industry trends and participate in training sessions.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
• 1-3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in jewellery
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and offer suitable recommendations.
• Basic knowledge of jewellery materials, trends, and pricing.
• HSC or Graduate
