One of the leading PVC HDPE pipes & Fittings manufacturer of PVC Pipes, Swr Pipes, Upvc ASTM pipes, Casing pipes, Cpvc Pipes, HDPE Pipes, Column pipes for Submersibleis looking for an Head of the department for Injection Molding of PP, Cpvc Fitting, Upvc Fittings and Agri Fittings.
Must have 10+ years of experience need to perform below tasks :
New projects, Mold trials, Trouble shootings, Material saving,Rejection control, Production target achieving, Reducing cycle time, Manpower management,5S implementation, kaizan implementation, Cost saving projects.
Good skills in tooling activity.
Should have Full knowledge of material and compounding used in Pvc, upvc, cpvc fitting.
Planning and execution of Production, R&D and quality of the product.
Processing and compounding for UPVC & CPVC Fitting
Follow the health and safety standards & looking after the safety of all staff during manufacturing process.
Coordinate with the quality controller concerning testing of raw material and finished products.
To Plan the preventive maintenance of machines & moulds.
Supervise all production activities, guiding and instructing supervisors to complete required tasks.
Development of new product of PVC pipes and fittings
Monitoring all MIS reports, and reviewing the production, breakdowns and rejection.
Daily planning of production according to the customer requirement & Man power Controlling.
Training of shop floor employees
Ensure high productivity, achieve production target & reduce cost.
Quality of products, third party inspection works
Monitoring and controlling various manufacturing costs such as tools, indirect material, Rejection etc,
Maintenance : daily, weekly, monthly maintenance activity planning
