Should use means to identify and attract quality candidates for all types of recruitments Bulk and Lateral. 1. Sourcing, screening resumes through different job portals/various online channels2. Designing and updating job descriptions3. Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates4. Communicating employer information and benefits during the screening process5. Performing reference and background checks6. Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers/clients7. Following up on the interview process status8. Maintaining relationships with external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved9. Advertising job openings on company careers page, social media, job boards Sourcing, screening,Coordinating interviews , Hiring , onboarding/offboardingCordinate with different stake holders to get updates on forecasted open positions Determining job offer details; negotiating, preparing and extending offers Co-ordinate the on-boarding of the New Hires including background verification, Induction. Ability to drive the Employee Referral Program to ensure greater accountability from the hired employees. Make and publish monthly ER calendars Conduct monthly open houses, rewards & recognition, company events, contests, branding and CSR activities Handle confirmation, grievances, escalations and attrition cases Providing timely and effective feedback to employees and the ensuring that the follow-up is done on a timely basis. Completing the Exit formalities including Exit interviews
