Job Description

    Position: HR InternDuration: 2 MonthsLocation:Noida Sector-8Stipend:5,000About the RoleWe are looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns to join our team for a 2-month internship program. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and talent management.Responsibilities
    • Assist in recruitment and candidate screening
    • Schedule interviews and coordinate with applicants
    • Maintain employee records and HR databases
    • Support on boarding and documentation processes
    • Help in employee engagement activities
    • Post job openings on hiring platforms and social media
    • Coordinate with team members for HR-related tasks
    • Prepare reports and HR-related documents
    Requirements
    • Pursuing or recently completed Graduation/MBA/BBA/HR-related course
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
