    Job Description Inside Sales AssociateLocationNoida Sector-8IndustryTransportation / Travel / Charter Bus Services (USA Market)Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and communication-driven Inside Sales Associate to build and manage vendor partnerships with charter bus operators across the USA. The candidate will be responsible for identifying transportation vendors, onboarding new bus operators, negotiating rates, maintaining relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination for business operations.The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence in handling international clients/vendors, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities
    • Identify and connect with charter bus operators and transportation vendors across the
    • Generate and maintain a strong vendor
    • Develop long-term partnerships with bus service
    • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements with
    • Coordinate with vendors regarding availability, routes, fleet details, and
    • Handle outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups with
    • Maintain accurate records of vendor communications and onboarding
    • Ensure timely onboarding and documentation of new
    • Work closely with operations and sales teams to fulfill transportation
    • Resolve vendor-related issues and maintain smooth business
    • Meet daily/weekly/monthly onboarding and tie-up
    • Prepare reports related to vendor acquisition and
    Required Skills
    • Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
    • Strong negotiation and convincing
    • Comfortable working in the US shift/night
    • Good knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, and email
    • Ability to handle international vendor coordination
    • Strong follow-up and relationship management
    • Sales-oriented mindset with target achievement
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Graduate in any
