Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our 360-degree HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, compliance, and HR strategy. This role demands a proactive and people-oriented professional who can align HR functions with business goals while fostering a positive work culture. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet hiring needs. Lead campus recruitment drives by establishing relationships with colleges and universities. Organize and participate in job fairs, placement events, and internships to attract young talent. Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring. 2. Campus Placement Coordination: Build strong partnerships with academic institutions for placements. Design and deliver presentations about company opportunities during campus visits. Organize and oversee placement programs to ensure a consistent talent pipeline. 3. Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage onboarding, orientation, and integration processes for new hires. Develop employee retention strategies to reduce turnover and enhance engagement. Address and resolve employee grievances and conflicts in a timely and fair manner. 4. Training and Development: Identify training needs and organize programs to develop employee skills and knowledge. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. 5. Compensation and Benefits Management: Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and other compensation-related activities. Ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices. 6. Strategic HR Planning: Align HR strategies with business goals to support organizational growth. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management.
